Chef Marla's Super Bull Shit
They start with the original Super Shit and blend with it roasted garlic, roasted onions, brown and yellow mustard seed, fennel, dill, coriander and numerous other spices.
This blend is best on grilled and roasted meats of any kind. It is at is best after it’s been heated enough to release all of its complexities. Make it into a paste with a little bit of olive oil and it is a great wet rub.
